Paul Banks MRICS
DIRECTOR

Paul is one of the founding Directors of CPM Consult and is a Chartered Surveyor. He has over 26 years of construction industry experience across a wide range of sectors and a demonstrable track record of successfully leading and delivering project management and strategic cost advice in the early stages of projects - particularly for NHS clients.

Paul’s NHS experience covers the acute and primary sector from strategic, site-wide masterplans to focused delivery through new builds, extensions and complex refurbishments across all NHS, business case and RIBA stages of a project.

Outside of the office, Paul enjoys all sports, running, football coaching and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Andy Meekings MRICS
DIRECTOR

Andy, a founding Director of CPM Consult, is a Chartered Surveyor with over 24 years of construction consultancy experience across a wide range of sectors. Throughout his career, he has consistently excelled in providing strategic cost advice and delivering projects within budgets he and his team have set.

As a trusted advisor, Andy is known for delivering clear and concise guidance. He brings a strong, personal approach to every aspect of business, believing that genuine and collaborative relationships are key to creating conditions for success and achieving client and project goals.

When he’s not immersed in his work, Andy is a proud and active “majorette dad” as he supports his daughters’ dedication to the art of baton twirling. To escape the noise and hairspray, he revels in the peace and tranquillity of walking the family dogs.

Brian Flindall MRICS
ASSOCIATE

Brian is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of construction consultancy experience across a range of sectors including Healthcare, Higher Education and Science and Research. Throughout his career, he has proudly delivered several award-winning projects. He is equally adept at procuring and delivering multi-million-pound new build schemes as he is smaller refurbishment, reconfiguration and fit-out projects.

His professionalism, diligence and pro-active approach has consistently been recognised and welcomed by clients and wider project teams. 

Once he’s been prised away from his scale rule and calculator, Brian and his wife enjoy attending rock and metal music events. As a father of four boys, his remaining time is consumed by various sporting activities and outdoor pursuits including football, rugby, fishing and walking.

Jacob Jones NEC4 Accredited
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Jacob has significant healthcare experience in both a client and consultancy capacity. He has successfully delivered new builds, ward refurbishments and turnkey projects through all stages. Jacob’s parents are both nurses for the NHS which has engrained a passionate and driven mentality to ensure projects enhance experience and operational efficiencies for patients, staff and visitors.

Away from the desk, Jacob enjoys taking his young daughter swimming, watching his beloved football team Manchester City (who, he is keen to point out, he started supporting before the all-conquering days) and serene countryside walks with his partner, daughter and dog.
